Some words from our clients:

Thoroughly enjoyed this informative course.  It will be useful not only on the hills but also in my day to day work.  Excellent instruction, well paced, presented and structured.  I felt engaged throughout.  Very enjoyable, thank you.

As a ski school we need to ensure our instructors and staff who deal with clients have the best first aid training available. We have used several different first aid course providers in the past. Over the last 8 years we have been working with Flora who has provided first aid courses for our instructors, trainees and other staff. She brings a unique blend of real life experience and knowledge from her work on the front line ambulances, and combines this with a talent for delivering training that is fun, exciting and very valuable. I thoroughly recommend Flora.

'This was the most useful first aid course I think I have been on! Flora was clear and easy to understand and used a very hands on approach that meant we were able to remember what we had learnt. Living in the mountains means so many of the scenarios we went through could easily happen; I probably should have done the course sooner!'

Just wanted to say how brilliant the course was. Flora is a young, dynamic outdoor person (AND works on 999 ambulances) so was able to identify with what we do and give us intelligent, articulate responses to our nerdy questions!  It was wholly practical and based on very simple algorithms that gave us a cohesive way of working and understanding.  She worked at a good pace with plenty of recap/review built in.  It was very well resourced - plenty of everything we needed (equipment etc). The group size was ideal.  We were casualties for each other and that gave plenty of opportunity to learn and to 'check/test' one's learning.

Elements first aid training course was superb. Just the right mix of theory and practice. The training (delivered by Flora) was really professional and well structured. See you in another 3 years!

This was an excellent session, very clearly delivered and with a good basic knowledge introduced and assessed in a short time.

The most interesting, entertaining and practical course I've attended.

Warren Hogben, MD, New Generation ski school

I found the training very interesting and useful.  I must admit I wasn't looking forward to this course, but it was necessary for my mountain bike guiding qualifications.  However, I really enjoyed the course!  The pace was good, interactive, Flora was very friendly and I learnt a lot of new and important skills.

The course was informative, relevant and engaging.  I was delighted that it was conducted in such a way that I learned, with my attention never straying.  Excellent course and one that I would highly recommend you to attend. Thank you.
