Outdoor First Aid (16 hrs)

Required by a huge range of outdoor leaders, this is our most popular Outdoor First Aid qualification. It is accredited by the Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL) at band 3, is regulated by Ofqual and can be found on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). Outdoor First Aid (8 hr)

A fun, practical course covering the vital skills you’ll need to deal with an emergency in the Outdoors. This qualification meets the requirements of the Institute for Outdoor Learning Statement of Good Practice for Outdoor First Aid Training, is regulated by Ofqual and can be found on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

Forest School / Paediatric First Aid (16 hrs)

This fun, practical 2 day Outdoor First Aid course is specific to the forest school setting, with a focus on First Aid situations and scenarios that you may come across during outdoor play and learning in a woodland environment. Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

All workplaces need to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and first-aiders to help if a member of staff has an accident or falls ill at work. It’s the Law. Plus, you also have a duty of care towards all visitors. You’ll learn to deal with life threatening incidents until the emergency services arrive plus a range of minor injuries and common medical conditions.

First Aid for Sport, Exercise & Fitness

This fun, practical, dynamic course has been developed specifically for those that work or participate in the sport and exercise setting. This nationally accredited qualification is part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and is externally regulated by Ofqual.

Community CPR & Defib Awareness Training

Do you know how to restart a heart? Come and join our FREE Community CPR & Defibrillator Awareness Training sessions at the Exeter Street Hall. You'll find out where our local community defibrillators are and how to use them. Ideal for local residents and those that use the Exeter Street Hall, St Lukes Church, The Chimney House pub and Brighton Open Air Theatre (BOAT) for clubs and events. One day, it could make all the difference.

Child & Baby First Aid

Essential for every parent, this friendly, relaxed class will teach you how to deal with accidents and emergencies involving babies and children. We aim to give you real practical skills so that you have the knowledge and confidence to keep your little ones safe.

Emergency First Aid at Work + F

Ideal for Forestry Workers and Arborists, this practical one day course will give your employees the necessary skills to deal with First Aid incidents in the workplace and includes enhanced skills as recommended by the Forestry Commission. We cover the possible accidents/illnesses in a forestry context where sites may be remote from medical aid and the available help may be limited.
